Here at Hutton Stone, we specialise in the production and supply of quality sandstone Masonry to the trade and general public. Based in the Scottish Borders, we have since 2000 reopened and operated the renowned Swinton Quarry. Previously closed since 1938, this quarry has provided stone throughout the Borders, Edinburgh and North Northumberland on many prestigious projects and now continues to be available for both new build and Restoration Projects alike.

Together with Swinton Stone, we also stock 8 other sandstones quarried throughout Scotland and Northern England which represent all colour variations and textures required to suit your project. Combining state of the art stone processing machinery with highly skilled Masons, Carvers, and letter cutters all "in house", we pride ourselves on providing a first class, competitive service and will be happy to help with any advice you may need.
